This Renault Clio 172 came to Kent Motorsport for installation of a half roll cage and racing seats.
The seats were installed on custom made bases, the driver’s seat utilises universal seat runners to allow the seat to be adjusted forwards and back.
The owner opted for a rear half roll cage from Safety Devices. We sourced the cage and prepared the car for the installation. We welded the base to the chassis and the cage is then bolted to the base.
The owner was very pleased with the work on the seats and cage and asked us to carry out other work so that the car was ready for the track.
