This beautiful aluminium bodied Porsche Spyder from 1965 came to us to correct the suspension alignment. We set the corner weight distribution and adjusted the toe and camber so that the wheels were all positioned correctly. We were, however, restricted with the rear toe adjustments we could make as the car had a fixed rear axle.
Following our recommendation, the client later installed adjustable rear trail arms. The arms allow full adjustment to the toe angle of the rear axle. The car then came back to us so we could set up the suspension again. The car now handles much better as a result.
